Greatly constant low fps

I was playing normally yesterday and everything was fine. Next time I logged in, I saw the fps in the menu at 20 and 18 although the usual is 80 or 90. And that is not a drop, its constant. Attempted to check for new updates for the GPU, checked if the laptop is overheating, i even set the settings all from high to low and barely got a 50 and sometimes even drops. Not to mention, it had some issues loading effects and so. I am running on a laptop with Intel Core i7-7700HQ @ 2.80GHz 2.81GHz 16GB DDR4 RAM and Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 4GB

If you’re on Windows, I believe if you right click your taskbar click on start task manager and in there, go to processes. Then, load into Overwatch, go to the task manager and just tell me what is using the most and if so, how much?

The frames should be locked at 60fps in the menu. Are you using a Razer Synapse enabled device?
