Graphics Settings Not Saving

Whenever I change the in-game settings, they dont save after restarting, which is required.

Nvidia GeForce Experience was the only way to change the settings - unfortunately, there is no way to set each setting manually - it is all in stages.

I have already tried uninstalling GeForce Experience to see if it is always controlling the graphics, but nothing changed… still did not save.

An Overwatch folder does not exist in the Documents folder, so that makes things even harder.

Is something preventing me from changing the settings on OW?

Yes, already checked the Windows Defender stuff.

Maybe I have missed something? Maybe it still is Nvidia Experience? Maybe there is a hidden OW settings file?

All solutions are welcome.

This generally means that Overwatch doesn’t have sole permissions on the directory where settings are stored. Utilities that backup files can sometimes take control of the directory and ultimately causing this problem. OneDrive, DropBox, Dell Data Vault, etc., are all examples of apps that could cause this.
