I have a pentium g4600 with a GeForce gtx 1050 2gb and 8 gb of ram.
I can run the game and I have some performance problems at all graphics settings while driving my 70” 4K tv. It doesn’t seem to have a problem at all when on my 1080p cheap dell monitor. I don’t know much about computers and I am just playing for fun.
Can someone tell me why I might be having problems? Also with my current specs what settings should I be running?
1050 2gb is not a very strong card, you’d be lucky to run overwatch in 4k at about 40-50 fps.
a 1050 GTX is a bit of an issue for pushing a 4k screen, vs 1920x1080 4k is 3840x2160. you are litterally pushing 4 times the amount of pixels on the screen which is 4 times the amount of work for the graphics card., the best way to get away with this is the change the games render quality lower in order to make up for it. currently 4k and beyond is considered the high end playground though you can have a decent experience, most “Pros” play on all LOW with render quality set to 100% or bellow.
