Graphics settings change automatically and fps stuck

Hello,

I’m encountering a recurring issue with Overwatch. Every time I launch the game, my graphics settings change automatically, and my FPS stay stuck between 30 and 40. Even when I manually adjust the settings to my preference, they reset every time I restart the game. Sometimes, I don’t face this issue, but it happens quite often.

I’ve followed all the instructions from support, but nothing has worked. All my drivers are up to date, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and I’ve run a repair through the Battle.net client, but nothing changes.

If anyone has encountered this problem or knows of a solution, I’d really appreciate it!

Every time I launch the game, my graphics settings change automatically

• Your GPU driver software could be controlling the settings to “optimize” them for you.
• Permissions on the directory where settings save could be corrupted or getting overwritten.

Are you changing the GPU or Graphics API settings?
