I just got a suspension because the servers on ps4 went down while I was in the middle of a competitive match. I got error code BN-564. You shouldn’t punish your players for your servers going down.

Same. This is happening to all of us. And it’s a common thing now since the last upgrade. It’s tanking all of our ranks and suspending us. Also, now the game is not loading after it kicks you and it places you is a 3000+ line wait. It’s awful. Our team won’t be playing anymore until it’s fixed. This is our like 8th time being kicked, demoted and suspended. Haven’t heard anything back on how they plan on fixing our ranks.

I play on PlayStation and i have been getting kicked from voice chats, the ability to talk or hear just stops working and there is a permanent mute mark on my name when i am in a stack group.
The strange thing is it works when we are in que but as soon as i get in the game it starts to bug.
I even had a bug where my team joined the game but the game wouldn’t let me join and it says rejoin game when it never let me join, and now that i press rejoin it doesn’t let me.
Got kicked out mid game even,and same rejoin game.
I lost 200 sr cause of this and got banned twice.

This happened to me as well during a game on ps4 the server just crashed and I got suspended and lost 40 sr dropping me out of my rank this is truly unacceptable and blizzard should fix this
