Got a 10min ban for leaving

…a match in which a bunch of people are just wasting time emoting on the payload endlessly. So cool that there’s no way to exit a game that literally cannot end while avoiding a leaver penalty

Just report em all and deal with it

whats “dealing with it?”

Nothing there that the person can legally do to “deal” with it.

Everything about this match making in this game is pure (redacted).

People want to play Overwatch in Quickplay games. But too many people are having hurt feelings when they discover their team mates despise their behavior and they just want to leave the match.

If we leave it to other players to “deal with it”. all that gets us is computer hacking, exploiting and DoS’ing. Which is the last thing we need.

What we need is the game company to “deal with it” and thats actually working on the match maker to WORK. Not lying to us and saying “We are fixing it”.

They aren’t.

They’ve been lying for over a YEAR on this.

It doesn’t take some mad scientist with a Harvard degree and a thesis on Dark matter theory + Warp theory to relativity , to make a Match maker.

it takes a few common sense design changes that focuses on player performance reporting, and player reputation scoring in order to make a match.

not some patent red-hot garbage system that bases it off of the cosmetics we own. And it also takes an additional thing called "Larger groups require a different set of matching rules.

Instead of the iq 5000 idea of premade teams taking priority and then pairing them against Solo players. Thats something only a lazy person does for the sake of taking the ez way out.

Overwatch is literally considered (redacted) because people love the game, but the matches are pure trash match-ups.

Overwatch Can and does have potential. But it takes the game devs to make a new system and stop trying to fix the current one they have. It doesn’t work. and they need to quit throwing money at a foul smelling investment that nobody even wants the copyright too.
