Goodbye Tracer, it was fun while it lasted

With Hammond and hitscan buffs soon to come, I just want to give a shout out before Tracer dissapears from the game. With a nerf to pulse, because she isn’t supposed to kill tanks, a character (brig) that prevents here from killing anyone else, and Triple Tank meta on the horizon I think she’s going to be hard pressed to be useful. Bye Tracer, I’ll miss you!

Cheers love!

You can’t complain

she was still good in the original tank meta

This is a bit of an overreaction, she will still be strong.

You can say she has a niche now.

She is still much more usable then Genji.

Tracer is actually still very strong, but she’s not going to be meta. I still have games where people break the meta, don’t go Brigitte and then there’s immediately a Tracer murdering our supports in cold blood.

Idk why ppl say genji isn’t usable

I was a support main for about 8 seasons  I got a few seasons in with her at least.

its hammonds turn to ride the meta mobile

You got two seasons then, I have yet to have one week with symmetra

I’ll still play her, she will still be a good in bronze.

You mean the Ana triple tank meta? Yeah she was still useful there. But that was before her pulse nerf, before brig/moira, before lucio buff, before upcoming hitscan buff and the health pool didn’t go over 1000 with a single character (hammond). She can still be strong but she’s not going to be carrying anyone… Time will tell…

Didnt say he is unuseable totally, just worse then Tracer :).

I feel for you. I think the new rework is not doing any justice for sym either. I actually quit support because of mercy rework. I didn’t play the hide and go rez Sh*t so I was pretty PO’d about the rework.

And I’m still out here Mourning the loss of Bastion.
