You can go to their twitter, they uploaded a tweet about it saying that on april 14 they will remove it completley, and horizon lunar colony and paris will be added later because they might do some changes to those maps.

Ehh I’ll miss never haven’t to see the trash maps I hate sometimes but at least they also confirmed lunar and Paris won’t be put back in
If you read the text almost at the end it says
“Competitive Play will include all of the maps, with the exception of Paris and Horizon Lunar Colony. When we make updates to those two maps to improve their play in the future, we’ll add them back into the pool at that time.”
So paris and lunar colony will come back, but not directly.

Honestly, aesthetics aside, I genuinely want to hear why people like Paris so much? That map has probably one of (if not the most) impossible chokes to get through.
Lol we ain’t never seeing them again they said that about Paris over a year ago

Because I like playing heroes on Paris that can get through that choke reliably.
If I’m tanking on attack it’s ball over the left-side rooftop and straight onto the point to draw defenders off of the raised platform. Then it’s over the gap and onto the platform to try and boop one or two of the remaining defenders off and into the choke where we can kill them.
If I’m defending as tank it’s ball again and I’ll use the same high path to get behind the attackers. The goal is to boop them into the choke where we can kill them before they’re ready to go.
