Idk either to be honest. I don’t have any confidence in the Blizz devs anymore at least when it comes to balancing. S2 launch patch is a complete joke.

But hey! Mercy and Ana got buffs, so we can deal with Tracer now! Right? Right? I can’t wait for my +5 ammo and 14-second cooldown for sleep darts to kill a Tracer!
