i lost my Sojourn gold gun as well. it just disappeared when I logged on today

Count the amount of cosmetics you got unlocked for the hero that you are missing the golden gun with, if the number turns out to be 1 less then what the hero gallery shows, that means you still got it but for some reason it just disappeared

Seems I lost my kiriko gold weapon after doing some of the Halloween events

People who did not receive any extra comp points have also reported losing gold weapons. So I don’t think that’s accurate.

It looks like it’s 3 different bugs.
The account merger missing items bug, the 10x extra bug and this new one.

All the items stayed the same but the golden gun is missing thankfully in this case.

Thats what mine is too, i think we still have them but the bug in it is saying we dont i had 18 with a golden gun and now that its disappeared it still shows 18
