I just got out of a bronze match with the other team having one gold and one silver level player. My question is how is this fair, what is blizzards logic, and if we are now allowing gold and silver in bronze matches why does one team get both?
Compare the SR ratings of all players. Remember group can pair together as long as all players in that group are within 1000 skill rating of each other (500 if any players are Masters, and 250 if any players are Grand Masters). Also consider that only about 8% of the active community is at Bronze Rank (Source) so pairings are not going to be very consistent at that low rank. So the following example would likely be a fair pairing according to the current rules of the system.
