Yeah, we went over this last time. Sometimes people say it as actual gameplay advice, to avoid being staggered, to avoid feeding, to fix a bug like a character being stuck, etc. Obviously you can tell in context, but an automatic filter would have problems.
sometimes you gotta speak the same language as the aggressor

Grow thicker skin, there are bigger issues in life(and even in the game).
Mute and report is enough, if it’s someone who is doing it too much he will get banned.

Telling someone to kill themselves doesn’t really seem to fall under “trash talk” IMO.
I mean, just because you post on the forums does not mean you’re losing sleep over rhe matter. I don’t think being an unrepentant jerk (amongst other things) should be tolerated, not when it’s so easy to not act that way.

Trash talk is when you try to mindgame your opponent to reduce his efficiency:
Flaming your teammates ain’t trashtalk, it’s bad sportsmanship.
Kys is used 90% by your teammates, and 10% by enemy salty genji/tracers that can’t accept that they are not untouchable.
Let’s use the terms right.

Only exception being when you’re telling them to kill themselves in the game (jump off map or something) so that they can get to spawn and switch heroes. Otherwise I agree.

TFW questions are much more complicated than the people that ask them think they are.
Except when it’s used not as a threat to someone’s real life, but as an instruction to not feed in-game.

It is grounds for suspension (as it should be) and KYS should just be a banned word regardless of your filter setting.
