I was playing comp and loading into a game, i wasn’t paying attention but when i looked at my screen i was glitched into the ground or somewhere random in the map, i don’t really know where or how it happened but i literally couldn’t do anything, not even select a new hero, i got kicked for inactivity and got penalty’s and suspended and got a loss, i just want the loss removed and any negative penalty’s i got, i got a clip of what happened on my xbox

I’ve had the same the same thing that happened to me and you can’t leave and rejoin as well since you’ll still get penalised for leaving instantly even if you rejoin. It’s happened to me twice and it’s pretty annoying having to get penalised for something that i can’t do anything about.

I’ve been having the same error for quite some time. I’m on PS4 and when I enter a game, whether it’s started or new, I always appear with the bugged camera in a random place on the map, usually under the ground or outside the map and they don’t let me choose any hero or anything, after a while I get They take out for inactivity and I receive a -75% xp penalty which bothers me a lot because it costs a lot to upload the pass like that
