It’s all in the title. Give your main a second ultimate, like how Symmetra has teleporter or shield generator. Junkrat now has a second ultimate called “Rocket Nuke”. He deploys a huge rocket, rides it into the air and you are able to target an area for a short frame of time. It deals 1000 damage in the center and it is weaker the further from the center you go.

What if Zarya had her second ult from HoTS. (Reverse grav thing…? I don’t play HoTS much.)
Probably kind of useless though. Lol.
Ana’s nano boost hits the second healer to give them 100% health back with damage reduction and a healing boost. You know, for when Ana has to die again and has to put all her hope into the secondary healer to live long enough for her to get back.

I’d like Junkrat to get Rocket Ride from HOTS. It could fit pretty well.
Hold (utlimate button) to take control of a giant Rocket. Works similarly to RIP-Tire, except it’s more of a suicide attack since the explosion kills Junkrat as well as anybody else caught in the blast (also activates Total Mayhem). Junkrat respawns at a greatly reduced timer (3-4 seconds) on the rocket (which lasts for 3-4 seconds) to get back in the fight quickly and good as new.

McCree - “Dead Aim” - you have 5 seconds to shoot 1 bullet, is its a headshot the target dies instantly, if its a bodyshot it does nothing.

Winston’s Tesla cannon can shoot shield bubbles that stick to any surface(or enemy, or YOURSELF) and have a small regeneration of shields and last for awhile.
