Both the damage and speed reduction of Mei’s primary fire and ultimate have 5% less effect on D.Va (in pilot form only) if Soldier: 76 is on her team.
He gave her his jacket at the beginning of the match so she’d be decent.
Mei
Mei deals 2% less damage on Oasis, because the heat makes her gun ineffective. However, on Volskaya Industries her damage is increased by 2%.

That is not a useless buff, that’s an immediate win.
Now Ana has a second nade that deals 0.1 damage with no after effects if she touches Pharah mid air with her first nade while spaming the voiceline “do you need someone to tuck you in?”.

Reaper gets 5% ult charge every time he drops his shotguns into one of the rubbish bins on the map (e.g. the ones in the attackers spawn on Hollywood) to encourage responsible waste disposal and recycling.
