I know it’s been suggested before, but it would solve her biggest problem, imo. If you won’t change it because you want it to indicate ult, there is a simple solution for that.

Doubt anyone could tell those two apart in the middle of a game, all they need to do is put a normal skull over them just like the healthpacks, the ultimate check mark stays the same if they have their ultimate, it would just be moved to the side and the skull could be right next to it.

Yeah, I mean people are going to assume when the ult was used anyway because they hear the “EMP Activated” voiceline. So it’s really not essential to differentiate the two.
Or they could put the timer skull just above the checkmark
Ult indicator is actually when the enemy has ult or does not.
This needs to happen. It’s the least thing devs should do help poor Sombra. 
Why something so simple, so good and not controversial isn’t in game already? Make it optional if you must.
The current white circle/checkmark seems clear enough for indicating ultimates. Why not keep what works?
