Sombra is great in group play but has an awful win-rate and pick-rate over all.
Giving something small like 10% increased damage to a hacked target ONLY for Sombra would help her do a bit more without increasing the effectiveness of her team.
In the current state of the game there is no reason to pick her over almost any other Dps. As they do their job better than she ever could.
how about we remove the hack?
shes god awful to play against even now. what is her hack counterplay? non. it sucks. remove the hack from his basic ability and give her a adamaging ability.
its simply not fun for a stealth target to hack you and take you out of the fight if not kill you with no ability to fight back.

Take power FROM hack and distribute it elsewhere if you want to buff her. For example such a buff would come with something such as removing passives being hackable.
The hack is kinda her whole reason for existing tho.
Having a stealth dps with too much damage is gonna be really annoying. Thatās why I think it should be a small boost.
Mobility, shields, and doing damage to her.
The more I think about sombra and hack the more I realize that out of all champions in overwatch, sombra really is the only one that never should have been created.

Itās a debuff. Not as āoppressiveā as being dead.
Currently there is no reason to hack most targets. As itās a better use just to shoot and kill them with your team.
Hack also was already nerfed a while ago. I think that if it truly was that powerful Sombra would have made a comeback.
It is however more annoying than being dead.
Sombra is a case study in the ow team not balancing for hero power.
If they balanced like a real report she would he a LOT stronger.
But her.ult removes all that counter play. Her ult is super busted.
If they hard nerf her ult range, maybe something could be done with her.

But the rest of her kit needs buffs, and a lot of them.
Its oppressive as hell. It takes away the ability to use abilities in an ability based game.
The potency varies from a minor encumberment to total shutdown of the hero.
If she is to ever be viable, Hack most certainly needs to be a lot weaker in exchange for a distribution of buffs to other portions of her kit.

If you took her hack away she isnāt Sombra anymore. Sheās the low damage DPS who teleports and can become invisible, with zero use. She needs Hack. There is counter play to it. Shoot her. Have a barrier clock her. Itās really not that hard.
