HP Changed from 225 to 200
Fire Rate changed to 0.7-0.8 seconds
Stun can stun a maximum of one target
Deadeye has a charge rate of +10%
Weapon Shots do small increased damage
Fan the hammer can not be used until 0.3-0.6 seconds after stun (So that people with escape abilities can escape
Stun duration reduced.
Winston:
Shield Cooldown Reduced
Shield HP Increased to 800
Tesla cannon does increased damage
Jump Pack has increased knockback
Primal Rage Does more damage and a little less knockback and has a little bit longer charge time
D.Va:
Buffs:
Defense Matrix has increased charge rate
Micro missiles cooldown; reduced from 8 to 6
Bomb has a taller explosion radius (Up AND Down)
Her dual shotguns do increased damage
Nerfs:
Increased damage fall off
Reduced explosion radius - Micro Missiles
HP Reduced from 600 to 550 (350 HP / 200 Armor)
Orisa:
Shield cooldown reduced from 10 seconds to 8
Shield HP Increased from 600 to 750
HALT has increased activation radius
Primary Projectile speed reduced
Fortify has a longer cooldown but now is immune to CC, takes 30% less damage and no critical

Sym:
Her turrets no longer slow but deal more damage, her turret speed is reduced
Teleporter range reduced, activation time increased
Her beam takes longer to go up levels and her orb moves slower but pierces
Shield HP reduced to 2500
HP (50 HP / 150 Shield)
Wrecking Ball:
Grapple cooldown increased from 5 to 6, and the time it takes to catch on fire is increased.
Adaptive shield only does 50 every player but recharges for how long you are near those enemies (10 Per second)
Switching forms now has a 2 second cooldown
Primary fire damage fall off reduced
Piledriver will deal 100 damage when landing on top of an enemy and has reduced AOE.
Mine field has a 20% lower radius
Brigette:
Whipshot: Knockback reduced and cooldown increased. Damage increased.
Shield Bash: No longer deals damage or knockback but has a longer stun.
Shield HP: Reduced from 250 to 200
HP: (125 HP / 75 Armor)
Inspire healing reduced / Radius increased
Armor pack now heals armor before healing HP if the ally has armor.
Rally speeds up allies by 15% and gives them all immediate 25 armor. With a 35 HPS. Lasts 6 seconds. Armor stays for 10 seconds after ultimate, can be healed back.
Moira:
Healing Range Decreased
Damage Range Increased
Healing Increased
Recourse meter recharge rate decreased
Damage recharge rate increased
Healing orb healing increased
Damage orb now recharges meter and does less damage
Fade now take allies with her for duration. (The experimental)
Damage and healing orb have the same Ultimate charge
Coalescence has more healing and damage but less range and charge.
Mei:
Frozen time decreased
Ammo increased to 150
Icicle shot take up 25 ammo
Ice wall has decreased pillar HP
Cryo freeze has more heal but shorter duration

Mcree and Ball nerfs are too much. D.va just need her dm range increased and Orisa buffs are too much. Sym and Brig are the ones who need reworks though
I nerfed the wall because it still takes forever to shoot down, it just stays until it’s gone, winning a lot of team fights.
The only heroes I see people consistently talking about in terms of buffs is doom, Mei, sym, genji and tanks. I never see any hitscan posts about them being too weak… I hope more tanks get buffs and the 4 dps mentioned above get small buffs that don’t make them massively stronger.
No it stays up for twelve seconds or until its broken. It used to be 15 seconds with 5000 health…
was looking at stuff this morning. and Doom has a worse pickrate THIS WEEK in GM then pharah and junk and genji. as well as being 0.01% off having the same pickrate as Bastion. Hero is simply not good and as someone with over 450+ hours in him. i can attest to how pathetic the hero is.
