She has one, Nano can keep the feeder alive.

And based of how the MMR system works if your “high skill enough” you’re better off playing dps then trying to make a difference on a high skill low reward healer

True, she needs something at least.
She can take the rez if she gives us Mercy mains the Nano. A far better ability that is more in line with Mercy than whatever her current kit is.
She could shoot an adrenaline shot.
No. She already has way too much healing potential by restoring the tanks to full HP almost instantly.
Ana already has some of the heaviest healing potential in the game at a range of up to infinite. On top of that, she has what is hands down the most overloaded kit in the game. She can dart combo for more true combo damage than Brigitte’s combo ever did. Her sleep dart is the longest lasting CC in the game, and can effectively remove someone on the enemy team for the entire duration of a team fight. Bio Nade is a disgustingly strong ability that is on par with some of the best ultimates in the game, despite just being a cooldown on her E. Her ult synergizes with any and every other hero in the game, ranging from keeping them alive in situations where they should die to turning dps and tanks into unstoppable killing machines.
Ana definitely doesn’t need any buffs or any new abilities, and if I’m being honest here, she has needed some pretty heavy nerfs for quite some time.
Her kit is already too rich.
Nah, it doesn’t fit with her lore and nano is better because it buffs and enables a team mate instead of steps on mercy’s toes all the while being at sniping distance.
Oh boy as if people didn’t hate Genji enough

I want resurrection removed from this game, not for them to give it to other healers. While your version is balanced, nah.

They could change Valk to give Mercy’s beam nano like properties but make it single Target again.
I’d rather give Ana an uninstall shot /s
Because resurrection on Mercy has already been so well-received.
