whats wrong with the oce servers because every couple games i get put into the Singapore servers instead of AUS/OCE servers can someone answer why

There is already an active thread you can find here. AUS/NZ connecting to PSE1/LAX1. They are currently asking for more winMTR tests to help the Network Team.
You can find more information about running winMTR in the thread that is provided.
