I am not quitting my game on purpose. See the screen shot. I keep running into Unexpected Server Error Occurred.
It already banned me from last season and had my Legend title revoked. And it’s still happening this season.
Am not expecting any resolution. Am just beyond frustrated. And wanted to let anyone else who is facing the same issue know that you are not alone and I feel your pain.

This issue has been going on for seasons they did not bother to even acknowledge or respond.
If you use battle.net launcher you could try changing your login region (the globe next to play button) to america or eu (it just changes login region, not your gameplay server it will still connect you to nearest server in asia) in the past there were several problems with asia server so maybe this will help you.
If you have fiber changing MTU could also possibly fix it for you.
