I’m not going to sit here and explain to you i’m wrong. I probably deserved being muted for being rude to teammates, that’s who i’ve been. However, I would love to be warned that my reports have been getting high that I can work on calming down before I get muted. Now that I’m muted, I can’t communicate with my team which can ultimately harm my team…
I’m not saying I didn’t deserve it because I did, but I want the courtesy of knowing when I’m in danger of getting muted/restricted before it happens.

I mean, why wait until getting a warning before you stop being toxic? Why not just stop? Then there’s no reason to worry about being muted in the first place.

If you want to be toxic then do it in another manner without swear words or being a nag. Just use motivation words to vent it out. If may help out or not.
i can’t fix false reports but i can stop talking to avoid getting reported. Same as all of you people here…you instantly think i’m some massive a-hole when you know absolutely nothing but assume I constantly cuss out my teammates… hence the warning system that you can at least defend yourself against…

If they implement a warning system, toxic people will just abuse it by being toxic until the warning happens then be polite to reset it.

I’ve been through enough false reports as it is. Just take my advice when it comes to silence penalty. Suspension bans I can’t help you on because that’s the only false report that’s truly valid on my record.
Silence is a ban. A warning requires no silence penalty, but that was the old days on Blizzard. Today it’s now serve as a warning a very bad oppressive warning.

no matter how right/wrong I am, no matter how I communicate I can receive negative reports and never even know it until BAM. I’m banned, can no longer communicate. I can’t call out targets, can’t heal, can’t request heal, can’t do anything other than "hope for the best.
I’m an aggressive player, I truely am. And some reports I probably deserved as i’ve said. But an immediate ban with no warning?! horse crap especially when I don’t know which reports are true and which are teammates who report me for asking them to swap because they are doing poorly.
The immediate ban is crap. Its a straight up “sucks to be you bye” hammer with zero warning of the amount of reports you’re getting.
Out-right banning a player for talking with no warning ultimately hurts the game that REQUIRES communication on a first “timeout” offense…its crap.

That’s because a lot of crazy stuff is going on in our society. A lot of banter we could do on a regular basis or even small talk can grant a ban. You can blame it on those PC, SJW and #Metoo peeps. Look at what they’re doing to the gaming industry. They force oppressive demands and it doesn’t go their way we get the hard penalty hit and when we want to appeal they mock it.

Again, I’m not here to defend my actions, because I have made my fair share of …rude comments… however I think the no warning ban system is extremely flawed and could use some adjustments.

Why should you possibly need a warning? Just don’t be rude to other people just like you would (Assumedly) in real life. Learn to control yourself.

Old Blizzard will apply a warning on what you said before applying any sort of penalty to your account. New blizzard applies a silence as a warning and tells you what said and you must make an appeal.
Simple, if someone called you out for doing poorly…you turned right around and reported them for abusive chat, would you want to know?
You want a 100% rainbows and sunshine with zero communication game, then you’re not a competitive person in the slightest.
There are a large amount of people who think they deserve to be talked to like an addoring grandmother but a very small amount of people who can handle being told they are screwing up…
I guess catering to children is what this game is about…

Idk what u are talking about, I always get warnings “other players reported you and if I u don’t fix your behavior that could result to a ban”
3 warnings followed by 3 bans since I didn’t chill after getting warned so far.
Just don’t play the game if you are toxic. You deserve no sympathy.
You merely got silenced. That is a warning.
The way you talk doesn’t seem like you will be less toxic in the future because of the excuse of “it’s who I am lol”.
If the report system was more accurate, toxic people should be permabanned the instant it was detected.
If you don’t have a grip on your emotions, especially the negative ones, just stop playing and don’t ruin someone else’s day with your crappy attitude.

Again, why should somebody need a warning? If they’re being toxic, they’re being toxic.
