Both my friends and I have experienced problems where we can’t even have Overwatch running for more than 5 minutes without being booted due to “connection issues” even though we are on the right servers and have a stable internet connection. Is this happening to anyone else?

I having the same issue today, get disconnect from the game after 3-5mins

Me too! I have not been able to finish a match without getting disconnected. I asked in a match and 5 other players said they had that problem.
I am playing from Chile, other players were from Peru.

having the same problem here, can not remain connected for more than 5 minutes, already on penalty because of that, same problem with WoW, even the blizzard webpage turn unavailable for a moment when this happens, internet seems to be fine though, all other platforms are working corectly, so this is a Blizzard server isolated issue, any solution?

Good night, for 2 days playing on the America server, every few non-regular times, it disconnects me for no reason from the server at the same time as a friend. I already checked my connection and the status of my pc. none report any problem. I got into the Asia server to be able to verify and did not suffer any disconnection

fellow chilean here. A dude in a group had the same problem with his friends. Coincidence is that they all had “Entel” (I do too), and ppl with other internet companies didn’t have any trouble 
same thing’s been happening to me and my friend for 2 days now, we have different internet providers so that’s not the problem. i’ve tried updating windows, nvidia drivers and repairing the game, none of which seem to work. i’ve been getting the red warning thingy and sent to the log in screen. getting into games and the screen to choose roles is a little laggy as well.

The staff commented on a thread in the WoW SP forum that they are aware of players having trouble connecting. Unfortunately, so far it looks like the problem is with a routing peer ISPs from the region are using, and not Blizzard servers.

So, what do we do ? We don’t know how to solve this, we can’t play the game is the veredict ?
Uhmmm at least my ISP doesnt recognize any issue

The ISP would need to test a ping from their location to Blizzard server – the same way other players have tested with the WinMTR. Unfortunately, you’re only a customer of the ISP, not the routing peer, so you can’t call them directly to work on this. But the ISP can.
From Italy, same problem here… it’s frustrating
Got the same problem here, Brazil. Start playing with no problems, then suddenly get dc’d and insta come back (relog) to the menu. My internet connection is fine and other games are normal too. Waiting for some sort of solution too, have not been able to play the game 
Forgot to mention that, sometimes it shows the red alert icon with a thunder, before getting dcd, even tho my network connection is fine and working normally, and I can talk to my friends and still play until get fully dcd.

Same problem from here , Chile too, I have a very stable connections, I don’t know where the problem comes. 2 days without play because of this.
I enter to the Europe server and I can play (with a lot latency )
I have GTD , so I think it’s just random. My others friends have Movistar and VTR , and don’t have this problem

I have the same problem and my internet provider is GTD. I use a vpn and still kick me out of the game after being 5 minutes in.
Same problem here from Chile. Is not ISP as every one has different provider. Is a Battle Net issue as in one disconnect it showed later a message as missing account certificate or something related at logon. Later i was able to enter again. This is happening from yesterday and worst is that we lost SR and got no possibility to play as the game thinks that we disconnect on purpose.
Exactly this! I can still play but I have that red disconect icon, friends confirmed that they can still see my actions when the red icon is there, but after like 5 seconds it disconnects.
This is only happening with Blizzard games, other players in game are complaining about this issue, from multiple countries, this is not a ISP issue.

yup, exactly this. At some point it showed the message about missing account license for OW… this is for sure a blizzard problem.
i tried US server and everything was ok. Never disconnected from the server.
