Getting banned for game crashing?

Does anyone keep crashing with S10? Ever since S10 came out I would crash out of the game and get banned then S11 came out samething. I sent out so many tickets and no replies or help! I want to play again in comp

Crashes aren’t normal or common with the new season. You’ll likely want to perform troubleshooting on your computer. The steps are here:

Check the Advanced steps, too.

I’ve never seen so many crashes and sound issues since 2016. The coders are doing a poor job.

Season 11, with the new update with the transformers cross over, every second game (xbox), I’ll be playing and all of a sudden I go from 40 ping to up to 500 ping mid round and get kicked and suspended. I’m in an xbox party with my duo and we can hear each other perfectly, so it’s not my Internet crashing or something, it’s the server but seems to only effect me. Its happened twice in four games, and I’m only getting 2 minute suspensions, but I’m worried I’ll get longer punishments for getting dropped form the server.

That sounds like pretty similar to the issue I’m having on switch. Not sure about the ping numbers but I’m getting disconnected about every other game.

All of those have been done already. My computer and drivers are up to date, my laptop is not overheating, my laptop does meet the recommended settings, I have a brand new modem and a great internet connection, I’ve done the repair and scan… and the game still loses connectivity.

Everything else on my laptop works fine: other games, streaming, platforms… you name it.

well I’d recheck that instead of giving out unapologetic responses…
I’ve counted over 500+ cases since s10, wanna know what s1-9 were like? less than 100. So 500+ since s10 and close to 1000 since the start of s11? Please, actually care and look at your own servers because it’s 100% a blizzard problem.

As for the OP, you’re never gonna get a response on the forums or ticket, blizzard doesn’t obviously care as they have barely functional servers since s10.

For this season, they are.

This is the tech support forum, so naturally all posts will be related to issues players encounter. That said, it’s a very small sample size of the total players accessing the game.

I don’t work for Blizzard, but disconnections from matches are monitored by the company. When the staff sees large disconnection waves, they will chime in on their news feeds or Twitter (X).

The OP did not mention playing on console. If you are having console issues, please post in Bug Report.
