Im sick of the cheating and toxic attitude especially towards the people I’ve seen with pride flags.
They aren’t even in Europe it makes no sense. The connection is terrible.
Is blizzard getting oil money from them for their failed e sports? It’s the only thing I can think as why they get special treatment. Never see any of my reports get banned, yet I’m currently banned for playing ball

Depends on what part of Europe. East Europe is not that far away.
And I believe they have their own servers. There is an established infrastructure there.

I myself have an unusual playstyle that is easy to be reported.
Let me share some dark secrets.
I play flanker Moira from time to time. Hated by both the enemy and allies.
I used to play Sombra before the rework and focus some players when needed, including spawncamping. It was of course a deliberate strategy to win.
I have an evil playstyle in Total Mayhem. Infinite stalling with Ball, or focus immobile heroes with Orisa.
People asked to report me many times for sabotage, and I was never banned, because I simply was not throwing.
Which proves that Blizzard doesn’t ban automatically.

You’re probably banned for being a wally because of your xenophobic attitude towards others. I play pretty only ball, never had any issues.
Also the are the EMEA servers. Not EU. To help you that’s Europe, Middle East, Africa.

I think it more just proves you weren’t reported very often, if at all.
It is very much automated. Just takes being reported in a lot of matches (as it’s matches reported in not number of reports) over a period of time to get actioned.
But generally speaking, if someone is so annoying in his playstyle that he often gets called out in public chat, it’s a sign that the reporting is indeed happening
It’s a sign people are calling them out.
A lot of the time it’s just people venting.
Blizzard absolutly bans for anything that was reported for any reason.
They don’t check. This is automated.
You can report someone for wearing blue socks,the bot won’t care,it will just count the report
