Get Freja out of comp please

I don’t want to have to waste a ban on her when I have other, actual problematic heroes to ban like Sojourn or Winston.

Please stop releasing new heroes into comp. People don’t know how to play her. They try to, and then end up costing everyone else on the team the game because they decided this is where they wanted to try to start practicing - in a rank where they shouldn’t be with her.

TBH Freja is simple enough that if someone can’t play her, they are probably just not good at DPS as a whole and you’d lose anyway if they’re getting DPS gapped.

When she gets through, Sombra is far more of a bait hero.

Freja has a very low skill floor. If someone can play DPS in Comp, they can play Freja in Comp. Will they be the absolute best at her? Probably not, but that’s never the standard anyway.

She’s basically the S:76 of projectile heroes. Anyone can play her. Some people will play her way better than you can, but anybody can play her.

Case in point, just had a comp game where Freja went 6/9. They swapped, but they still didn’t end up with a positive KDA.

It’s not the hero, it’s not even the people playing the hero. Sometimes you just get bad DPS and somethings they lock in Freja.

Can’t get better at something if you never do it.

Not sure comp is the best play to get better with someone.

Then again, you can’t really get much practice with QP these days.

I’ve watched them play her and swap off, then we win.

People can do the bare minimum. It is not enough in Diamond to do the bare minimum when people waste bans on heroes like Mercy or Sombra, and then get diffed by the Sojourn they didn’t ban.

Don’t do it in comp. I saw their profiles, they don’t have any time with Freja in QP.

You may have accidentally queued for the new “Competitive Practice Range” mode. It’s the mode where the balance team have been skipping the initial 2 week comp ban for the past 4 new heroes, to prevent them from ruining the main mode.

Oh, wait.
