but this is biggest nerf on dps hero in 2021-2022

what happens when season 2 dps passive was change that not benefit to genji LOL, he will just be worst hero in the game, BUT ALSO STILL PROBABLY BE ANNOYING to MOST of LOWER RANK SINCE THEY STILL CANT AIM HIM

Nah, we just might have 5 seconds to react to aim at him instead of 2 (assuming this is true).

Also, Symmetra still takes the cake for “most nerfed”. Turret damage reduced by like 25%, orb damage reduced to 100 and her beam falls off in charge faster.

And some of those changes weren’t even documented.

There’s a reason why she’s considered one of the worst right now. She’s not even a threat within her most effective range.

Actually, you could also consider Mei as most nerfed runner-up, losing her core mechanic for a paltry damage increase and a big nerf to her wall’s HP.

The damage isnt even the biggest thing… Leave damage as is and remove some of the bloated mobility

u know the buff back in OW1 that was 28 damge to 29 was literally game changing, like genji just become 30% stronger with that 1 extra damage

it is big thing, lol

in higher rank, genji need to kill his target in first 2-3 sec before enemy healer deny his kill, if u deny his kill, he will be dead in 1 sec because u now in enemy backline alone and cant escape

You’ll forgive me if I’m sceptical because I’ve seen at least 2 other alleged “leaks” like this.

(Though I will admit, this one seems slightly more legit than those two)

I don’t think even GM players know how to nerf Genji but at least they can speak up about it

I hope it’s a big nerf. Soldier’s damage was reduced from 20 to 18. Don’t cry about Genji nerf, he’s getting what he deserves

Saw it today as well and… damn I hope its fake.
I dont even think I have to start explaining why this is such a bad change, touching the break points this harshly is definitely going to have a huge impact on him, just a reminder that in OW1 a damage buff from 28 to 29 got him from a barely playable state to being fine.

Just remember that this change is not confirmed and judging by the way they said “small number adjustments”, I want to believe that this is just something fake that some rando made to troll, and that the real change is something like 24 ammo or 1.5s deflect hell I could even take both.

Surprised there’s no Sojourn nerfs in there. Most of the other rumoured/leaked/“leaked” patch notes had some.
