I’d say that his Ultimate should go back to 8sec. So that its less luck involved, based on how the enemy team is positioning.
Genjis pros still elimate a whole team in 6sec, so it would change nothing on the highest level.

No he doesn’t. I’ve played my fair share of him which is reaching around 200 hours. Other than some pesky bugs when it comes to some ridiculous actions such as no reg blades or wallclimb failing for no reason,etc. there’s nothing that needs changing. He’s not dominating. He’s not underwhelming.
Most people here who ask for nerfs are either too bad at this game or are supports which are basically the one group that genji prioritizes in killing them. I’ve seen lots of posts from genji being overpowered in silver and gold, to being a must pick and lots of other things, from too easy to play to kit full of escape mechanisms. The balance state he’s currently in is the result of months and months of balance fixes, nerfs, changes, bug fixes and modifications. He doesn’t need more.
The fact is, at this point, changing him in any way could either make him an S tier hero with nothing stopping him or make him an F tier hero more useless than the current symmetra.

“Since the gigantic Genji nerf” since when? Kindly post the patch notes if you find that anywhere. Other than the 2 second blade nerf there was no other nerf that targeted Genji specifically. Hell, even the ultimate charge rework that was meant to target Genji ended up killing Reinhardt, Lucio, and basically anyone but Genji.
“Supports with buffed and way better ultimates” Except they don’t. In fact, some have gotten nerfed or weaker ultimates. Lucio can no longer counter dragonblade because he will be dead before he hits the ground, which also loses his ult. Moira’s ult is insufficient to outheal dragonblade, particularly if you target her first. Mercy can no longer undo a 4-man blade, and if you are nano-ed, Valkyrie will not even save Mercy. The only person who counters Genji is Zenyatta, which he always did, and he only got a speed buff to his ult.
“All other damage dealers buffed” except they weren’t. McCree got his Fan the hammer nerf waaaay back. Tracer is still unchanged. Reaper got a passive rework that in no way affects how he fights Genji. Pharah is still the way she is. We only got Sombra and Doomfist as new heroes, both of which counter Genji, but are hardly ever used in actual games due to difficulty in making use of their kit. Unlike Genji, I might add, who is useful is pretty much all scenarios. Doomfist got his Rocket Punch nerfed super quick due to Genji fans like you complaining about anything countering you guys. So…any proof to your statement?

Death blossom lasts 3 seconds. Transcendence lasts 6 seconds. In comparison to both fellow dps ults and the ult that counters Genji, is there any reason why he needs 2 extra seconds?
If Genji pros can eliminate a team regardless of the time of dragonblade, then by all reasons leave Genji unchanged. Genji is a 3-star hero. It’s time for Genji players to actually be good at Genji rather than make use of an overbloated kit and complain when it doesn’t compensate for their lack of skill completely.

as stupid and baity this thread is, people flagging it down should seriously face repercussions. That’s NOT what that feature is for.
The argument of “He never got buffs” is getting stale.
Maybe consider the fact that he never got buffs because he is already strong enough if not OP.
Also, “nerfs” exist not only because a hero is too powerful but also because something doesn’t make sense. If Genji cannot dash through rein charges, is there a reason why Genji can dash through steel trap?
Look from a balance point of view. if Widowmaker dealt 600 bodyshots, she would get nerfed right away, but that doesn’t mean that the nerf was uncalled for, nor does it mean that Widow is not in a good spot where she is right now
Before they actually start fixing his issues as a character, they need to make him function properly. Trust me when I say this, Genji players are more tilted playing him than you playing against them. Remember, there was a mega thread in the old forums listing several bugs; I’d go ahead to say Genji would actually need his game breaking abilities in his current buggy state.
