This buff seems overtuned.
I’m going to abuse this buff and pickup some genji if this goes through.

PLS pick up genji bc us genji mains who never dropped him are gonna show u how its done. Hes not a hero u just “pick up” but ull find that out soon enough when u pull blade and get solo ulted and stun locked

Well he is still very powerful in OWL but it is bad for heroes like sombra which require complete coordination with her teammates and if they buffed her she will be in every match of OWL.
And that’s a problem because…?
