First off I would like to say that the new One Punch Man collab skins are great and I think many people agree on this, however many others like myself can’t seem to get over the way the current Genos Genji skin looks because of his hair.
At the current moment, Genji’s hair on the skin neither resembles Genos or Genji and honestly ruins the skin for me and many others. It’s rumoured that the hair was designed to look like that because they wanted it to look like Genji cosplaying Genos but in all honesty it just makes the skin look worse than it would if they just changed the hair to look accurate to the character.
Someone on Reddit did a fan edit of the skin, changing his hair to look more accurate to the real character and it looks so much better, with them using the more messy front look of Genos rather than the slick back seen on the skin right now. This is reinforced by the positive reception from people on the thread who are trying to get this change made.
I know people will say that they can’t change the skin because its already been finalised and released which is understandable but it’s not as if they haven’t made changes to skins post release, especially with hairstyles (Hanzo).
It would just be nice to see this change made especially when there is such a large community of people who just want to see their favourite characters represented properly and accurately.
