and one thing that made genji hard to balance yeah geoff goodman himself said that
you would quickly learn that such a change isnt all too significant

This would make him feel plodding and awkward to play and address none of his issues.
Genji’s aren’t mincing your backline and farming your tanks because they can double jump at will

That’s not what he needs.
He needs a ult cost increase and/or either 1 or 2 of his 4 buffs reverted/toned down.
