When Genji deflects Rammatra’s Ravenous Vortex, the kill feed “owner” flag is unchanged. For example, if blue Rammatra shoorts Vortex, it gets deflected by red Genji and kills blue Hanzo, the kill feed looks like this: <Ram nickhame, blue Ram icon, small blue Genji icon, Vortex icon, blue Hanzo icon>. And if blue Ram dies from his own deflected Vortex, the kill feed shows it as a suicide.
