The favorite thing to do I’ve noticed is the double x’s at the beginning and end. Either just one x on both ends of the name or the infamous xX on both ends :laughing:

I have only seen one person that has a gamertag close to mine. Her tag was Jams and Jellys.

Of course we friended each other instantly;)

I see a lot of Lazyturtle, silentstorm, mrmeseeks…can never tell if they’re the same people or if those are just super common names.

I’ve seen at least 3 different people with ‘‘Pants’’ in their name today.

(Golden pants, Shiny pants , and something else pants, can’t remember.)

Edit : as people remainded me ,there are also a lot of"silents" ,pretty sure there are actually two of them on these flrums.

I think they’re default battletags given to accounts where the user didn’t manually come up with a username

I’ve run into plenty of Hanzo mains with “Legolas” or “Hawkeye” in their name…and they absolutely sucked.

I constantly see players with the name “Shadowdragon,” “Shadowstorm,” or really anything starting with shadow and ending with a word that sounds cool. They’re almost always Genji mains (or something of that nature)

I’ve seen [Hero/Role]Only, MercyMainBtw, and NotASmurf a few times. I even own a GenjiOnly account. :stuck_out_tongue:

One feature of creating a new account on Battle.net is that there is an option to automatically generate a username from a list of common names such as ShinyPants, SilentStorm, HiddenSquid, and many others.
