General Error message

when i try to launch the game a “General Error 0xE0010160” Message appears.
i tried defferent ways like : relog in, restart blizzard app but this message still appears.

any idea how to fix it?

i cant open diablo 3 either :frowning:

I’m having the same issue here. Was playing earlier this morning fine, now when trying to launch getting the General Error. Happened yesterday as well, had to completely reboot computer to get it working again.

One of the methods to solving this issue is to go to your Overwatch folder at

  • C:\Program Files (x86)\Overwatch

From there, you can go to the Properties of Overwatch.exe and Overwatch Launcher.exe and Disable Fullscreen Optimizations under the “Compatibility” tab.
