the guy who I reported for nasty text message and game throwing(litterally was jumping off cliff to kill himself multiple times) and enemy team were all making fun of him for being so bad and have weak mental did not get any action by the blizzard. and instead I got silence for asking people to report this guy for throwing

Were you toxic to him in a way that would cause them to respond by throwing? Were they throwing from the start or did your team get destroyed and they just wanted to not drag out a loss even longer than needed? Sounds like you might have been part of the issue there, but don’t want to assume.
Unfortunately, since the ranking system is just based on wins and losses, you might actually rank up faster by taking the L quickly in games where you’re getting stomped than to try desperately to drag out a likely loss. If there was at least some performance-based component to the amount of SR adjustment you receive after a loss, people would continue to have an incentive to play hard even if they had hard throwers/leavers. But that’s not what we have.

You had to be reported by multiple people or the automated system had to pick up swears/toxic comments in chat. Even if that person reported you, if you did nothing and were in no way toxic (as defined by TOS) then you wouldn’t be silenced.
that’s exactly what i am saying. it’s caused by that guy and his friend and trolls reporting me even though i did nothing wrong. this is why democracy is garbage political system.
I strongly suggest blizzard to remove reporting system entirely if they are gonna operate it this badly
the bans/suspensions are based on over multiple games / different people. If you get multiple reports from one match it shouldnt matter. So you probably had accumulated reports from earlier games.
