Game won't launch, 2 second black screen before it crashes

Have never played Overwatch on this computer.

Once hitting Play my screen goes black to load the game & then immediately kicks me back to the launcher.

Things I’ve tried:

  • Checking for any RAZER drivers (don’t have any)
  • Completely disabling the XBOX game bar
  • Deleting %APPDATA% files

Any suggestions?

I recommend following the instructions here: Known Technical Support Issues - #16 by Drakuloth

If you still have issues, I also recommend disabling any antivirus like AVG or Avast, which can also cause this problem.

P.S. You may want to remove your Msinfo from the public forum (usually only collected via private ticket).
