Game won't detect my microphone

I’m using a quadcast and overwatch can’t detect my microphone. I’ve had a situation where it detected a microphone but it was my webcam’s microphone. I

I’ve already set my microphone as my default device but the game still won’t detect it.

Other apps like discord still detect my voice activity.

Make sure it has permission via the Control Panel to access the mic.
