Game stuttering/jumpy

Hi,
I’ve had this issue for a few days now.
Whenever I’m in a match the animations are jumpy, meaning that someone moves, and after a second or two they “blink” to instead of the regular animation. Imagine someone jumping and walking and in the middle of the jump they ‘teleport’ to the next animation.
I tried uninstalling the game and it worked for half a match before coming back.
I tried lowering to the lowest settings and it didn’t help. I tried a few more tricks with the video settings and got nothing.
I also checked my drivers and updated what was needed but it didn’t resolve the issue.
The game is almost unplayable because I get this massive lag without any internet issues or visible issue in my computer.

My specs:
Intel i7-10870H
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 Ti

Did you check for overheating? How’s your hard drive performance? Make sure you include a DxDiag here for us to check over.

You mean upload the entire DxDiag file or a few select snippets?
No issue with overheating, and my hard drive is fine. I run much heavier games than Overwatch and I only experience this issue in Overwatch

Copypasta the whole DxDiag here.

It says I am exceeding 99000 letters and therefor can’t post it here. Is there another way or to just post specific parts?

You can post it on Pastebin.com and share the end of the link here.

Here’s the end link: H8g6ft8y
Hope this helps

Okay, you have a number of errors that could be contributing. They are all listed at the end of the report.

Problem signature:
P1: GameTurbo.exe

A “performance” app from ASUS. I recommend disabling this.

Problem signature:
P1: B9ECED6F.ASUSPCAssistant_3.0.34.0_x64__qmba6cd70vzyy

The ASUS assistant is preinstalled. Disable.

Problem signature:
P1: Aura Wallpaper Service.exe

Live wallpapers don’t work well alongside Overwatch.

Problem signature:
P1: ArmouryCrate.UserSessionHelper.exe

More ASUS bloatware.

Problem signature:
P1: Explorer.EXE

One of these apps is causing the Windows desktop explorer to crash.

Problem signature:
P1: Wacom_Tablet.exe

Make sure the tablet is unplugged and/or disabled while playing.

The dump says you’re running windows 11. Mine completely crashed on W11 and was told to go back to W10.

Windows 11 shouldn’t be an issue.

This is a fan setting that allows for better performance.

This isn’t even enabled on my computer so I have no clue why it appears to even be here. And disabling this task isn’t viable since without it the Asus Armoury Crate won’t work as it should.

I tried everything else, including the Armoury Crate and still nothing changed

Going through the list will probs take longer than if you just did a fresh install of windows. That’ll probs wipe out all traces of Asus crap.

They want to keep the thing modifying fan speeds, which is probably contributing to the problem. Most performance apps do not do what they claim.
