My game is stuck in windowed mode, I have tried setting it to fullscreen, but it just reverts itself immediately.
I have restarted my PC and deleted my settings file and nothing has changed.
I have no overlays or anything on.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

It tries putting it into fullscreen, then goes straight back to windowed mode.

Sounds like a display driver issue to me… try reinstalling them, it can’t hurt 
Also the Scan and Repair option for Overwatch in battle.net launcher is probably worth trying.
Already have the latest display drivers, and the scan didn’t do anything. This issue only started occurring today.
Drivers can be faulty, doesn’t matter whether or not they’re updated, uninstalling and reinstalling them often fixes display issues. 
I’m having this issue now as well, any fixes? I literally have jumped so far down this rabbit hole with ZERO fixes. It’s extremely frustrating to have this issue.
