Same for me… It downloaded something about 49 mb and now it wont open.

I haven’t seen a tweet saying it was resolved, so it seems to be an ongoing issue.

Same problem here. Was at main menu, closed game, 43mb update installed and then can’t get back in.

Hey everyone we had a brief problem with login for Europe that’s now resolved, sorry for that. Have a great weekend!

Just tried to log on; getting this same issue. Not on EU.

Same, first time trying to log in since the event started, my wife’s account got in just fine…

Same issue here. Couldnt login yesterday morning then it worked in the afternoon and today its broken again.

Hi everyone.

This particular thread was for a specific issue. If you’re having issues with connection to our servers, try the following and create your own thread if you continue to have problems.

  1. Open the battle.net application and ensure that your application is toggled to the live game, not the PTR.
  2. Power cycle your connection
  3. Flush your DNS cache and renew your IP
  4. Ensure you are using an ethernet connection to connect to your router.

If this does not resolve the problem, please post a WinMTR and a description of your issue, including what you have done to try this.
