I’ve been trying to connect to ptr so i can check out the new Malevento map but it keeps saying “Game Server Connection Failed… Retrying”.
The nature of the PTR is exactly as the name says: Public Test Realm. That means it’s not always available for playing, and may go online and offline at random.
Aside from connecting to it, please use #ptr-feedback for any other issues you come across.
