Game queuing takes hours and doesn't end

Hello.

I am experiencing frequent game searching stalls in Competitive mode.
Yes, I’m picking DPS.
No, it’s not a regular long DPS queue, it takes hours and doesn’t end there.
These are my typical DPS queue times:

11min
16min
54min <- (left queue)
6min
14min
43min <- (left queue)
9min

I only can avoid this by leaving the queue and restarting the client. Happens regardless of being in team or solo. I guess this isn’t a healthy thing and it’s really frustrating wasting half an hour of my time just to realize I waited for nothing, let alone already long DPS queue times.

I’m ready to provide screenshots and put it on wait for a day, if the proof is needed.
