I got the game pass ultimate bundle and redeemed the code, but I never got any skins. I have my xbox/microsoft account linked and even logged out of both the client and the game (with the /logout command) and logged into the client again with the xbox/microsoft credentials and still nothing. Is there an issue with the skin unlocks?

If you’re talking about the XBOX Games Pass Overwatch Season 10 Perks Bundle, you need an Xbox to claim that. Have to login to Overwatch under XBOX, after claiming the code on MS, and make sure your Blizzard account is connected with that XBOX account you redeemed the code on. Once you confirm it in your game under XBOX, then you can see it on other platforms like PC.
I actually spent the time to look up the process beforehand and decided not to bother with it. It’s a real pain, but basically impossible for anyone who doesn’t also own a Xbox they can run the game on.

Yeah, the way Microsoft delivered bundles like this is really terrible. Other games have also got various issues redeeming their perks bundle. Makes it feel like a serious way-to-piss your-customer-off rather than a “perk”.
