Hi, id like to report that half of my gamepass skins are missing like heartbreaker reaper and ventures skin and more plz fix this bc im playing for gamepass and id like my rewards please and thank you

I linked and didn’t get any of my rewards.

Those skins weren’t permanent, it was one of the game pass perks. You can temporarily use shop skins from the past 3 seasons, they’re gone now as the rotation has changed.
The only skins you keep were the original 6 advertised: Cardboard Reinhardt, Turtleship DVA, Cyberdragon Hanzo, Street Runner Genji, Bee Mercy, and Cleric Lifeweaver.

There is a HUGE problem with this.
I couldn’t buy the Talon Skins when they were in the shop because it said I owned them but they were deff from the game pass so now once they fall off I have to wait till they show up in the shop again to buy them.
