The perk for invasion in the game pass, after reedeming it (and having the acounts linked) doesn’t appear in game.

Same over here, accounts are linked, I got the code on the app and redeemed it on my Xbox/Microsoft account but the new heroes don’t show up in Overwatch 2 (PC).
Not a bug, just extremely misleading. I hope they fix this soon, because the vagueness of the blog post is downright malicious.
This fine print is neatly tucked away in the perk selection after you’ve purchased it. And you have to scroll to read this section!

Just when I thought they couldn’t make their player base angrier
For what it’s worth (if anything), I too claimed this Microsoft Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Perk (“Overwatch 2: New Heroes Starter Pack”). Then, I redeemed the code. The associated in-game items did not appear to unlock until after I completely closed and quit the game, then relaunched it.
Since I currently do not have access to the Microsoft Windows (PC) version of the game, I can’t personally confirm or test that. But, I can confirm that after claiming and redeeming the Microsoft Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Perk - on my Microsoft Xbox Series X console, the transaction does appear in my Battle.net account’s transaction history. And, the associated in-game items have also unlocked on my Nintendo Switch console as well. Both of these consoles are linked to my sole Battle.net account.
I confirmed on Twitter this perk is only for Xbox One and X/S users. This is bad bad. I don’t have anyone that I trust enough that owns a Xbox One so I can share them my account. Wish Blizzard didn’t make us even think something like that.

Ive tried a number of times. Im on PC, after finally finding this thread though I checked, sure enough I could scroll down. And below the visible text is another paragraph stating its for Xbox. Though if what Dazarix says is true about the switch. Possibly claiming on an xbox account will allow you to use on PC.
