My Xbox account and my Battle.net are connected, and I have the Xbox game pass ultimate, but the perk isn’t showing up.

today is the midseason patch, and the websites were saying “starting September 17th” (not specifying exactly what time).
in half an hour the patch will be live, wait for that and let us know if you get anything.
I don’t have ultimate, I do have regular game pass, I’ve connected it, the patch is live, I don’t have the skins.
- Oh my pass isn’t active, its expired but its still a linked account it says.

I got the skins, but my girlfriend has not. We used to Gameshare the gamepass since we live in the same household, but due to her not getting the skins last time they had a game pass special, we got her the game pass separate this time around. Now she has her own gamepass and it won’t give her the skins.
We originally only had the core pass for her and have upgraded it to the Ultimate pass to see if that would change anything. It hasn’t.

Connected BNet and Xbox Accounts, have PC Game Pass. Restarted OW2 and BNet launcher, do not have the promised items.

I don’t have my rewards yet either and I’m subscribed/linked, to the regular PC Game Pass for $12 I didn’t think it had to be the ultimate from what I read online. If it does have to be the ultimate version, they made it very misleading.

Same situation here. I just linked my old Xbox account at first to see if that’s all I needed to do. After that, I saw that PC passes were just a dollar each right now, so I got one.
Does the fact that I added the pass after connecting affect my situation in any way? I just have the normal pass.

finally got it from logging in via xbox throu the battle.net client on geforce now

Tried again. I have the Prisms but the skins still aren’t showing.
Edit: Nevermind. I was checking Bastion when I should’ve checked Reinhart. Whoops!
One thing I did different between getting the pass and getting the skins was log into Battle.net again in order to post here and clicking the Xbox thing on my Battle Account page. I got another of those “Battle.net wants to access” messages and another e-mail notification.
Give that a shot and see if it works.

Same situation, I linked before purchasing. But I’m not seeing anything about “Battlenet wants to access”, I’ve already logged out of both the website and the battlenet client

Hi there. I have game pass and I am receiving the skins, but I am not receiving the mythic prisms.
Update
I solved it, this solution doesn’t seem to be anywhere else.
I linked my Xbox account before purchasing game pass. It seems like it scans whether you have it when you link the account, so as a result the rewards didn’t show up immediately.
Found out that the message “There will be a 1 year cooldown before you can connect a new Xbox Network account” is to be taken literally, it only applies to an actual new account. You can reconnect the same account, so after you purchase game pass, just disconnect and reconnect. The rewards instantly showed up

I am having the same issue and tried everything in the above thread but nothing has worked.
I linked my Xbox account and bought game pass ultimate at least a month ago and ensured it was linked, but upon login today nothing has changed. Other things I’ve tried:
** Opened OW2 via Xbox app*
** Reinstalled and opened OW2 via both Xbox and Bnet apps*
** Disconnected and reconnected Xbox account*
** Changed Xbox gamertag to ensure it is the correct account*
** Logged into Bnet with Xbox Account credentials*
** Unlinked Bnet while Overwatch is open, then re-linked it while Overwatch is open, then re-launched Overwatch*
** Unsubscribed from Ultimate Game Pass in order to change it to PC Game Pass to see if that worked (I couldn’t unsubscribe, all it did was cancel the recurring payments so had to switch instead)*
** I’ve never logged into the game on Steam*
The last thing I can think of trying is logging into the game on my Nintendo Switch, which I will try after updating the game. Any help?
Nevermind, I never got a confirmation but it seems to have worked.

Same situation here. I’ve been an Ultimate member for years and perks have worked for me. But my Boyfriend has signed up to Console Game Pass Yesterday and no perks have come through to his account. His xbox and bnet have been linked for years too. Please look into this Blizzard or share more info around how long perks take to appear
Yea i linked mine and have ultimate game pass and the link is confirmed but i still dont have my rewards either. happy to see im not the only one having these issues

I don’t have any of the rewards yet, I subscribed to game pass again just for the skins and yet nothing
This fixed my issue. Moderators please boost this method as a potential fix for all.
