Since the home screen of Overwatch 2 has ambient audio that cannot be turned off I have the audio muted when I tab out. Therefore I cannot rely on the ping notification that a game was found.
When I get a game the taskbar icon blinks. Generally works as intended. However this does not happen when you are backfilling into a match. You only get the taskbar blink on backfill when you trigger the idle warning. Its basically impossible to tab in, select a hero and exit spawn in under 10 seconds and I am often disconnected.
Either remove the ambient noise on the main menu, or fix the taskbar notification on backfill. Don’t care which.
