Just got an infinite “Entering game” screen at competetive mode.
Pressed Alt-F4, And then game refused to connect on client loading 3 times in a row so could not even reconnect
Got suspended with sr loss.
Very depressive.
Hey there. When this happens, the game is having connection issues and is preventing the match from loading into the game client. This can happen for a wide variety of reasons. Please check this troubleshooting guide for starting steps that fixes the most common problems.

I have followed the blizzard support link you provided and tried these fixes and am still unable to join games (since the last patch update).
I have now been sent a warning that I am “leaving games early and will receive a penalty”, but I was never able to join in the first place.
