Going to “shop” in Battle.net app, clicking on OW2 to “play for free”, brings me to OW1 screen, Play button grayed out. Updated battle.net, re-installed overwatch by going through ow2 website, nothing changed. When hovering with my mouse over the play button it says " Overwatch will be back on October 4", but it’s October 6th today… I’m pretty much still able to install Overwatch 1, second one is not showing
Your Bnet app data is not updating. You may need to reinstall it.
I made a fresh install of battle.net, it did not change a thing…
Okay, do you have security software on the PC? Something is blocking the client from updating to new info. However, this is not a recognized bug at this time, so it’s likely a local machine problem only.
The only security software on my computer is the standard windows defender, i had it disabled/enabled, doesn’t do the trick sadly. I’m not the only one with this issue. I’ve read forum threads and video
