I always kinda of assume those players are really toxic on voicechat.
99% of these cases where the banned player supposedly didn’t do anything wrong, they were in fact toxic, throwing, cheating or boosting and i believe it’s not any different in this particular case.
They would rather ignore the throwing, cheating or the boosting that make people to become toxic, and punish people for pointing out those things…
No wonder no one talks anymore…
I don’t use voice and barely use text. Also endorsement 5 on both accounts. Only thing I do wrong is play 30 hours a week, which seems to guarantee that you’ll rack up enough reports for a ban eventually.

amazing how many people here are mocking the notion that the ban system is automated and flawed.
goes along with people who think blizzard never does anything wrong.
We know the ban system is automated, and definitely has flaws. But we also know that the people who are incorrectly banned are the exception, not the rule.
Far too often those who claim they were falsely banned eventually reveal why they were banned, and it wasn’t because they said “gg”. It usually was their poorly worded demand that their teammates swap because they suck on their current hero.
Well, to the extent that’s real.
It’s probably better to remove the reasons people get toxic.
I.e. “You picked the wrong Tank” or “You picked the wrong Support” or “OMG somebody go deal with that Widow or Pharah”.
Challenges reveal toxicity. They don’t create it.
